While the state of the economy is, at last, showing signs of recovering; driving new business and retaining customers continues to be a battle. It is a great tool particularly for alerting your followers to breaking news, sudden changes in circumstances and even special deals. People like to feel wanted, and being on Twitter is showing your customers you care in many respects.
